Remember these are just rumors…

The AMP music pavilion in Fayetteville near the mall is relocating to Rogers.  It appears they are set to be a part of Chris Talley’s Arena project in Pleasant Crossing.  What a great venue that is turning out to be.  The continued development that direction would lead you to believe that a new exit will be created between Pleasant Grove and 264 off of 540.  Currently those exits are 2 miles apart so the state would allow an additional exit to improve traffic flow for the arena, etc.

Also, the continued rumor of Cheesecake Factory appears to be picking up steam….near Malco in Promenade.  This would be a great add for the Promenade.  Desptite its success, there remains a tremendous lack of dining options on the East side of 540.

A Target is being planned near the Promenade…and its a Super Target.

Remember these are rumors.  But I heard a rumor that 80% of rumors turn out to be true.
