Real Estate……..Good News???

It is true….November was a great month for home sales. Could this be a sign of the housing market on the rebound. Not quite, but its not far away. I think the numbers reflected in November’s report were only indicative of a quick drop in interest rates. However, I do think its a sign that the housing market could easily be healthy by Summer ‘07.

Northwest Arkansas’ numbers appear to be improving as well. More importantly than number of sales, I believe the health of our market is better understood by looking at the new inventory. I have seen a drastic drop in new inventory over the past several weeks. Repeat this….Recude inventory, improve quality of life. These two measures combined will mean good things for NWA ‘07.
