Sales Tax Revenue On Rise

Again, further evidence to not confuse a housing slowdown with economic gowth. In large part to the success of the new Sam’s, Bentonville’s tax revenue grew over 31% compared with last year. The Sam’s in Bentonville is a mall inside ONE store. I would love to know the sales numbers in comparison with the Promenade in Rogers. Seems crazy, but I’d bet you’d be surprised at the numbers Sams shows compared to the mall….
