Ok.  We are simply real estate agents who love what we do.  In addition, we are fans like all of you.  The point of our blog and podcasts is simply to talk about the things in Northwest Arkansas that we love, including the Razorbacks.  I don’t believe there is a better place to live or a better team to follow than the Razorbacks.  I want to clarify a few things.

1. I think Mitch Mustain is a fine young man who has tremendous potential as a football player.  I believe he will transfer and have an extremely successful college football career.  In addition, I believe his potential could give us a Springdale native playing in the NFL.

2. I, like anyone, am dispointed to see him leave for another school.  I also understand why he is making the decision.  So long as ultimately this is HIS decision, and not that of his mother or family.

3. Further, Guz Malzahn is an offensive genius and his departure could hurt the innovations behind Arkansas’ offense, regardlesss whether it is a passing offense or running offense.

4. I believe that Houston Nutt will be afforded another year, and should be, for winning ten games.  However, his obvious failures in retaining Mitch and Gus put him in a dangerous position next year, and should Arkansas lose, his job should be gone.

5. While we love football, we only give opinions.  Real estate is what we know and love.  Therefore, I will consider leaving our football posts out of our site.  Our intent was not to stir all this up.  Should you enjoy reading occasional Razorback posts, please let us know.
