Medical and Wellness Combine To Bring NWA A First in Medical Care
WellQuest Medical Spa in Bentonville opened last year as the first of its kind, not only in NWA, but throughout the country. As they celebrate their first year, the concept has been embraced locally and abroad. In combining medical services with spa and wellness, the company is hoping to bridge the gap in what insurance companies will cover. With future locations in Fayetteville, Tulsa, Dallas, Austin, and Possibly Mexico City, the concept is winning minds and bodies everywhere.
The reason I bring this up is because I believe this concept will stretch throughout the country as medical services and wellness care (ie. weight loss, nutrition, massage, etc.) become a side by side partnership rather than competition within the healthcare industry….and the idea was originated in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Our area of the country has not only grown but is becoming a birthing place for entrepernuial minds and ideas. This will continue to help Northwest Arkansas become a destination and improve our quality of life.
