Condo Success Leads to Additional Development in Bentonville

The Bentonville Planning Commission is voting on proper zoning for a townhome development in Bentonville. The development would be The Arbors at Deer Crossing, a sister project to The Arbors at Pinnacle in Rogers. The Arbors at Pinnacle has been extremely successful since its opening a few years ago, and a similar project in close proximity to WMHQ figures to be a success as well. The townhome/condos will range from $180-$240k and be maintenance free living with almost 50% of the development devoted to green space.
