If You Build it…They Will Come
Ok, so here’s the update on the class A and class B office market in Northwest Arkansas. And yes, vacancies are high in some instances. But here’s the thing, they’ve always been higher. The amazing thing is the entire area continues to build a tremendous amount of offices and we manage to stay constant. Why? Because we have a healthy and sustainable economy. With such corporate support within our communities, it is vital that we build the space for commerce and industry to consider a move to make NWA home.
Without space, various A and B space, there wouldn’t be a product to provide. Its essential that developers continue to monitor the market, especially the changes that effect each of our communities, but to build for the future cannot, nor should not, be considered risky so long as the vacancies stay constant quarter to quarter.
