On the road less traveled
With all of the traffic concerns in the area, it is nice to see some action in place over by the Pinnacle area. I don’t think you could say it is too little too late, but both by themselves are probably accurate. The best part is that they are creating a new access road on both sides of 540 that will alleviate a ton of traffic. This does cause issue with residential neighborhoods though as this article suggests.
I hope that the city and the citizens are able to come to an agreement. There is one thing for sure and that is that they are not going to simply stop construction so the road will be completed we just don’t know exactly where yet. I believe that these access roads will give a huge relief to the congestion in that area, and give a great opportunity for more commercial growth. More commercial growth means more jobs, more tax basis, and more real estate sales.
