Ok I got a chuckle out of this one so I thought I would pass it along. There is a man in Hot Springs that actually wants a law against sagging pants. Goodness if we wrote laws about bad fasion I don’t think we would have had enough legislators in the 80’s!

I do not sag my pants and I don’t particularly like to see it but what’s next? What about penny loafers? Socks with sandals? Shirts that show a mid-drift?

It would be awfully tough to get this law to pass and even harder for it to be upheld on a challenge.
